I ordered a pack of 200 crystals, I received an email to say the last pack available was damaged and 20 crystals missing. I was given the option to change my order or receive a refund for the missing crystals (less the £1 in value). Honestly I would never have noticed, Your integrity does you credit. A loyal customer gained!
