They called me when an item was out of stock and replaced it with just as beautiful similar item. Top marks!
We have bought crystals from many places but I would 100% recommend using this company, not only are the crystals absolutely stunning and so sparkly but when I informed them of the project they worked out approx many crystals would be needed to prevent waste and they were spot on. Everything is sent with speed and customer service is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
