We accept most common file formats including PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG. Vector files work best for crisp results, but we can work with high-resolution images too. If you have a hand drawn design, you can send this on a Word document too. If you are unsure, send us what you have and we will let you know if we need anything else.
Yes, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces, but the real value comes with bulk orders. The more you order, the more cost-effective each transfer becomes. Contact us with your requirements and we will provide a quote tailored to your quantity.
Proof turnaround is typically 48 hours. Once approved, production time depends on the complexity and quantity of your order. Simple designs in small quantities can be ready within 10 working days. Larger or more intricate orders may take 2-4 weeks, depending on your brand choice. We will always give you a clear timeline before you commit.
Absolutely. If you have a concept but no finished artwork, our team can help bring your vision to life. We have over 50 years of experience in crystal embellishment and can advise on crystal placement, colour choices, sizing, and the best approach for your specific project.
Hotfix transfers work brilliantly on cotton, polyester, denim, velvet, and most natural and synthetic fabrics. They are not suitable for very delicate fabrics, waterproof materials, or anything that cannot withstand heat, such as plastic, leather and rubber. If you are unsure about your fabric, we can test it for you before production.
A standard household iron works perfectly for small quantities and home use. For bulk application or professional results, a heat press is recommended. We can advise on the best temperature and timing settings for your specific transfer and fabric combination. Don't forget, we offer an in-house application service.
When applied correctly, hotfix transfers are extremely durable. They can withstand gentle machine washing (inside out, cool wash) and general wear. Our transfers have been used on stage costumes, sports uniforms, and dancewear that endures rigorous use, with excellent results.
