Firstly and most importantly, we hope you are well and staying safe throughout these very challenging times.

The team at Crystal Parade are hear to answer any queries you have and we are processing your orders.

There may still be impact on deliveries with Royal Mail, Parcel Force and our couriers, but we have definitely seen an improvement on deliveries times.

Swarovski and Preciosa are still working to process orders on a temporary basis to protect their workforce, they are on reduced working capacity and this may lead to delays on the dispatch of our shipments.

Royal Mail have suspended the Saturday Guaranteed Special Delivery  by 1pm guarantee until further notice.

As a result of this they will not refund any Special Delivery postage costs if items do not arrive within the usual guaranteed time. Special Delivery items will still be given priority and Royal Mail will aim to get them to you on time.  We are giving customers the option to select either standard first class or  by Royal Mail tracked.  We strongly recommend that you select Royal Mail tracked.

Royal Mail have put a temporary procedure in place regarding capturing signatures on delivery. To protect the workforce, they will not be requesting a signature but will capture the recipient’s name and will ensure that the item is taken in.
